Stephen Littleton, the Director of Parish First, has nearly 20 years experience working with Australian Catholic parishes. Prior to founding Parish First in 2019, Stephen was for many years the Manager, Parish Development at the Archdiocese of Melbourne, Australia’s largest Catholic Diocese - being a source of expertise and advice for the 200+ parishes of the Archdiocese, as well as the parishes of the Ballarat, Sale and Sandhurst Dioceses in Victoria.

Amy O'Connell is the Digital and Database Consultant with Parish First. Amy was a key part of Stephen’s team at the Archdiocese and brings extensive experience working with parishes on specialist parish software, PACS and PACEM. Amy is widely respected by priests and parish staff alike for her knowledge, expertise, and personal warmth.

Ramesh is the Graphic Designer and Print Consultant with Parish First. Ramesh has aquired extensive experience in the field, having worked with leading companies such as JWT (J W Thompson Advertising) and the Industrial Print Group prior to managing his own studio for 17 years. He was appointed Creative Director of the Communications Office of the Archdiocese of Melbourne in 2004, before being appointed Executive Director, Design and Print Office in 2014.

Stephen, Amy and Ramesh have been part of the Parish First team from its founding in 2019. Collectively we bring a record of achievement and wealth of experience and expertise working with a diversity of parishes.
